Questions shall be submitted at least five business days prior to the contract’s scheduled letting date and time if an answer is desired prior to the letting. Submitted questions along with available answers are posted to the Q and A Form and later made a part of the contract by a revision. The issuance of additional answers after the revision is issued should not be anticipated by any bidder.
